If you place your orders within Karnataka should expect to receive their orders within five (5) to ten (10) working days upon payment verification and depending on the volume of orders received.

At the moment, we accept only Wallets, net-banking, Credit/Debit cards.

  • While making the Debit/credit card transaction, we recommend you to be more careful. You should not close or switch to any tab and window. When you enter your OTP, wait at least 10 seconds to complete the transaction and get back to order details screen.
  • If the amount was debited from the account and not credited to us, in such cases, money gets automatically reversed back by the issuing bank within 5-7 business days. Please note that this time estimate does not include weekends and bank holidays.

Cancellations:

  • Customers will not have cancel option when they place the order. In that case, if you wish to cancel the order immediately, then you have to contact us through email [email protected] (Remember: email only, not WhatsApp).
  • Customers are not eligible for cancellation if the order has been shipped. If you want to cancel, then you have to contact us via [email protected] and give us genuine reason to cancel your order. (Remember: email only, not WhatsApp)

Refund:

  • If your canceled order is prepaid, then we will initiate refund process by deducting 5% within seven working days.
